You can also give a gift card, posted to the child (see below).

Yes! All our letters include free postage worldwide, with no hidden costs.

Letters are sent by standard post (untracked).

If you would prefer tracked delivery, write to us at hello@escargotpost.com — we can arrange it for a small extra charge.

The letters are personalised for one child. But two brothers and sisters who live together can share a letter: enter both first names in the « Child’s first name » field (for example « Claire and Amanda »).

The letter will begin: « Dear Claire and Amanda, »

Letters are prepared once a month. The first one is posted within 5 weeks at most of your order, then one letter every month.
